SHIPPING
We ship via: UPS, USPS, Fedex, DHL and various local couriers

Ground Rates Within the United States (USA48): Suits (Quantity 1-3) - $15

If you plan to order several suits, please call us first before ordering so we can determine the least expensive shipping price for you.

Shipping Transit Times:
Transit shipping times will vary depending on destination.
International Shipping UPS – Priority Mail Transit Times are typically 7 days (Depending on Destination).
We cannot be responsible for any delays in customs.

Rush Orders/Overnight:
Please choose option in checkout menu.

Additional Charges:
Due to the size of most designer Hats and International Rate Surcharges, an additional $5 may be charged to ship Hats with suits.

We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Visa.
You can either order online, or over the phone using your credit card.

POLICIES
We are a Retail Web-Store. We do not sell Wholesale. We do offer group purchases at a discount if items are purchased in quantities.

SHIIPPING DAMAGES:
Shipping damages must be claimed within 10 days from delivery date of merchandise.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item.
You may return any DAMAGED ITEM for an exchange with the tags attached in the original condition.
We are not responsible for lost returns.

RETURNS
Retail Customers - Returns / Exchanges subject to a minimal 10% Restock Charge.
We inspect all items for defects before shipping. In the event you receive an item with an undetected defect, we will only exchange the item with the exact same size, style, color item. We do not issue refunds because you did not order the correct size.
We reserve the right to deny any request for exchange or store credit for a returned item.
All returns or exchanges will be charged a minimal 10% restocking fee and a store credit will be issued for the balance.
We do not issue direct refunds - if an item is returned for any reason - a store credit, less restocking fees, will be issued. Store Credits must be used within 90 days. Please contact Suit Den by going to "Returns" on bottom of home page within 48 hours of receipt of item before attempting to return an item. In the event that we authorize a return, Suit Den will issue an RMA # which must be placed on the outside of any returned item packaging. Items returned without contacting Suit Den within 48 hours of receipt, without an RMA #, or returned after 10 days from delivery date will NOT qualify for any refund. Any items Returned/Exchanged must include the attached original tags, hangers, dust-sleeve and packaging - and must be in new, un-worn condition. Items returned that smell of perfume, smoke, etc will NOT qualify for any refund.

FOR HYGIENE REASONS, Hats and Fascinators cannot be returned.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item.
If a box is returned for reasons such as "Not Deliverable" in three attempts and so on, we can re-ship the item to you for an additional shipping charge.

CANCELLATIONS: We ship the same day your order post to us and any cancellations must be done on the same day you ordered from us. We reserve the right to manage our shipping by not shipping on the same day orders are taking after 3:00 PM (in some cases), on days our carriers are closed such as holidays, weekends and unforeseen weather conditions.
